Decoda is an artist-led collective seeking to create a more compassionate and connected world through music. By thoughtfully curating outstanding performances of live chamber music and facilitating creative community projects, Decoda strives to inspire the next generation of musical artists to rethink and reimagine their role in society.

At NOLA Chamber Fest, Decoda shines a spotlight on the expressive power of wind instruments in an evening of music for winds and piano. The program bridges centuries and styles—pairing beloved works by Mozart and Saint-Saëns with fresh, genre-defying

compositions by some of today’s most compelling voices, including Pulitzer Prize-winner Caroline Shaw.

This event is presented by the New Orleans Friends of Music.
